Drake has revised its Sexual Harassment Policy (formerly the Sexual and Interpersonal Misconduct Policy) and the Code of Student Conduct to bring the University into compliance with new Title IX regulations issued by the U.S. Department of Education in May. Members of the Drake community are encouraged to review and comment on these policy revisions by Aug. 24, 2020, and to watch for upcoming updates about a new online Title IX training course.
