The Student College of Clinical Pharmacy (SCCP), Drake chapter, needs your help with a survey concerning COVID-19 vaccine confidence and barriers. The survey consists of 20–25 questions that will gather your thoughts on the COVID-19 vaccine, as well as some pertinent demographic information.
