China and the World, a public program led by students

After a semester of exploring China and the World, students will present on pressing issues in the areas of China and the world economy, energy and the environment, and national and international security. Presentations will take place Tuesday, Nov. 27, from 5–7 p.m. in Meredith, Room 103. Specific topics include Chinese innovations in green technologies, Chinese air capabilities in a potential conflict with the U.S. over Taiwan, and Chinese foreign investments in developing areas, such as Sub-Saharan Africa.
