The Japan Exchange and Teaching (JET) program is an established employment opportunity supported by the Japanese government. JET participants reside in Japan and assist English instruction at public schools. Currently, three Drake graduates are teaching in Japan.
A session on Oct. 25 from 4:30–6 p.m. in Meredith, Room 206 will focus on the hiring process and job description of the JET program. Current and former JET teachers’/Drake alumnus experiences will also be shared.
Free pizza and drink will be provided.
