Drake alumna and Teaching Artist of Clarinet Dana Sloter, AS’13 (Bachelor of Arts in Music), will perform a clarinet recital Feb. 28 at 7:30 p.m. at Sheslow Auditorium. The recital is part of the Alumni Recital Series, which showcases the professional accomplishments of Drake music alumni.

Dana’s performance will include pieces by Gaubert, Brahms, and Adler. The last piece, “Cirkusmuziek,” by Ton ter Doest, will include a unique reed quintet and feature fellow Drake Music colleagues. In addition, Dana will perform with Professors Cynthia Giunta, Jennifer Wohlenhaus-Bloomberg, Clarence Padilla, James Romain, and Timothy Gale. The concert is open to the public.
