Whether you have a specific fitness goal, want to learn more about what to do in the gym, or want to start your journey to a healthier lifestyle, the Personal Training program at Drake can help you. Drake personal trainers focus on education, motivation, and exercise adherence and will design a customized exercise program that is just right for you. Packages include a body composition test.
