The Office of Admissions will host its third “Best Practices for Recruitment Training” for faculty and staff on Thursday, Nov. 16, from 4 to 5 p.m. in Sussman Theater.
This training is appropriate for any faculty and staff member who engages with prospective and admitted students. When it comes to meeting with prospective and admitted students, it’s important to ensure that cohesive messaging and best practices are shared and followed across all units, departments, and offices on campus.
Following the training presentation, tickets to Hubbell Dining will be offered. The one-hour session will cover the following topics”
- Enrollment funnel
- Audience awareness
- Engagement for faculty recruitment team members, including individual appointments and group visit days
- Best Practices–what faculty should know about their programs
- How to best leverage current students for recruitment
- Tuition Guarantee
- Other resources
