Because of our campus Zoom licensing, you need to go to drake-edu.zoom.us once, and sign in using your Drake email address and password. This will connect you as a user for the Drake Zoom license. This will ensure that you won’t encounter issues linking Zoom to your Blackboard courses, and that you won’t be left in the waiting room if you’re attending a Drake Zoom meeting.
