Randall R. Rader, former chief judge of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, will present a lecture, “Standards, Patents, and Proper Valuation of Technology: An Innovation Standard that Honors Standards,” on Feb. 23, 3 p.m., Cartwright Hall, Room 213.
