Next Course is a food recovery network on campus where Drake students deliver food from Hubbell to local partner agencies in Des Moines. Recoveries are scheduled for every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. Food recovery and food insecurity are complex systems that are intertwined with public health, environmental health, and the community that we live in.
