We’re officially recruiting Crew Scholars Mentors for the 2026 – 2027 academic year. If you care about student belonging, retention, and making sure students feel supported beyond the classroom, this is one of the most meaningful ways to show up.

Crew mentors play a critical role in helping students navigate the transition to Drake, build community, and stay grounded through the highs and lows of the year. This isn’t just “checking in” – it’s being a consistent presence, helping students problem-solve, and reminding them they don’t have to do college alone.

Mentor compensation: $250
Training: 1-day training in August (date TBD)
