ITS has completed the headset distribution to all full-time Drake employees. If you haven’t received a headset in your campus mailbox, please let us know by submitting a Telephone Issue request.

Until the switch to using Microsoft Teams for calling in January, the new headsets can be used for online meetings and internal calls. Having any issues with your new headset? Check out the user guides at ITS Recommended Phone Headsets (FAQ).
