All Drake choruses to perform large-scale work “Dona nobis pacem”

All four Drake choruses, a student/faculty orchestra, and student soloists will perform “Dona nobis pacem,” a large-scale work written by the great twentieth-century English composer Ralph Vaughan Williams as a passionate plea for peace. Over 300 musicians are involved in the performances, which will take place Saturday, Nov. 10, at 7:30 p.m. and Sunday, Nov. 11, at 3 p.m. at St. Francis of Assisi Church, located at 7075 Ashworth Road in West Des Moines.

Tickets are available online and at the Drake Fine Arts Box Office (515.271.3841). Tickets will also be available for purchase at the church, beginning 45-minutes prior to the performance.
