The survey is completely anonymous and should take no more than 15 minutes to fill out. The survey assesses the University’s performance in delivering services to the campus and is an important part of Drake’s Continuous Improvement Plan.

The survey focuses on six areas: Finance, Public Safety, Human Resources, Facilities Planning and Management, Information Technology Services, and University Communications and Marketing. It was developed by the Office of Institutional Research and Assessment in collaboration with several other of our colleagues.
