Elisabeth Buck, president of United Way of Central Iowa. Elisabeth leads strategies to impact communities in the priority areas of Education, Income, and Health to improve lives and build a stronger central Iowa. Prior to joining United Way, Elisabeth served as deputy chief of staff for Governor Tom Vilsack and Governor Chet Culver. She later served as Culver’s Director of Iowa Workforce Development.
