We have all grown up hearing that certain foods are good for you and others should be avoided. However, the list of good and bad foods changes each year, and it is difficult to determine fact from myth. Are eggs a good source of protein or a cholesterol nightmare? Are carbohydrates healthy or hurtful? Join Hy-Vee registered dietitian Anne Cundiff on Wednesday, Feb. 14, at 10 a.m. in the Olmsted Center, Room 310 and 311, as she helps us navigate through this food maze.
Participants will earn BUILD (Bulldogs United in Learning Drake) credits and be entered into a drawing at the end of the semester.
An online registration form for this class is accessible through the blueView Employee tab, in the Learning and Development Channel under Human Resources. You may also contact Linda Feiden at linda.feiden@drake.edu to register.
